Spring Break-- What have we been doing?

Paige's Science Fair!  What cleans hands best?  Soap and water or hand sanitizer?  Her results ---- Hand washing and she grew some funky stuff on potatoes to prove it!

We played Circus after seeing the circus.  Abby took this picture of me with the snake around my neck.  They wanted $10 at the circus, Abby did mine for free :)

We went to Lost in Fun twice in one day!  They always say you can come back the same day for free so WE DID!!  FUN TIMES!!

 

St. Patrick's Day!!

Today was a St. Patrick's Day theme.  Grandma and I took Paige, Abby and Delaney to the St. Patrick's day festival at our church.  We go every year and this year the girls had SO much fun!!  They loved the fishing game and picking out their prizes at the end.  It was SO cute they had so much fun and have talked about it all day ( pictures below)

 I also ran a 10K today!  It was called the St. Patrick's Day Leprechaun Chase.  The girls started 5 1/2 minutes before the boys and whoever won-- the whole team ( sex) got a free beer!  The girls won.  I did pretty good.  I really feel pretty good about running these races.

 I heard a younger girl at the race say how she ended up running with all the moms-- like it was this horrible thing!!  I wanted to say to her you do not know how much harder it is to run when you are a mom. You have to find the time to train and learn your body in not the same, you have to find childcare to go to races.  I think all mom who run are awesome! just my thoughts

A day off

Today I had the day off from work.  It was really nice.  It is the first weekday I have had off for awhile.  I took the girls to music class and they were so good.  I figured I better catch up on some things while I have the day off.  Here are a few things we have been doing.

Here is a Birthday Wish to Aunt Jenny!  We made cards for her and bought her a balloon!!

We went to the Family story time at the Library for Dr. Seuss's Birthday.  You can see Delaney hiding behind the cat in the hat with Grandma.  Both A and D thought he was scary.  They also made puppets and a birthday cake.  Paige went too and had a BLAST!

Here is a picture of how we found the girls one night when we checked on them.  They are both in Ds bed and so are all their toys!!  D was not too happy the next morning and she told me Abby took her bed!

Paige is done with Basketball for this year.  She really improved this year!  Here is her team photo!
