Puzzle time
Delaney is really good at puzzles and she is trying to teach Abby how to put together a 100 piece puzzle, Delaney told Abby " I start with the face and build on that." It was really cute!

Want to play in the mud?
So I had this great idea since it was nice today and said hey girls go play in our wonderful backyard. Well they did, Abby found the mud puddle under the slide. I thought I was getting a few minutes of quiet, what I got what a great big mess and more laundry.

What a day
Today has been a good day. First a shout out to Rob who placed FIRST in his 5K challenge for his Weight Loss Challenge group. He ran it in 34 minutes 57 seconds! That is a great time since he did not even really train for it! He has been working out all the time but not running and he just went out and did it. He had to run indoors around a track 47 times so that would be hard too! I am just so proud that he is doing this and making his health a priority.
Abby was my trainer tonight and kept adjusting my speed and incline on my treadmill so I would go faster. She said "Go Mommy you can do it!" She pushed me pretty hard I was sprinting at on good incline at the end and my legs were like jello when I was done. Future Jillian Michaels?
Paige also told me today the her life was like a graphic novel, not sure where she gets these things. I had just run a yellow light ( it was icy and I did not want to slam on my breaks) and then I noticed a police man. No worries I did not get pulled over but that is what prompted her to make the comment.
Paige also told me tonight that I was thin, which is a nice thing to hear, she said not paper thin but like just thin. That Paige so funny :)
Abby went to bed and went right to sleep, this is not normal.
All in all a good day.

Bracelet making fun
Well look at us making bracelets. We went to Science night at Paige's school last night and it was SO much fun I did not want to leave! We got this idea from one of the booths last night. It is large masking tape wrapped around your wrist sticky side out. You then take beads, seashells or whatever and stick it to your tape and make a bracelet. So easy so fun! Fun note from last night, they handed out little backpacks and Abby wanted to get everything to put in her backpack. They had someone from the Children's Zoo there and she had a snake. Abby asked if she could put the snake in her backpack! That would have been a surprise when we got home!

Warning : Bragging Mamma post
OK so you saw the title. If you do not want to read a post of me bragging about how smart my daughter is then stop now. Sorry this is my Blog and I am going to brag away. Anyone who knows Paige knows she is a super smart girl, just talk to her and you will know that. She does amazing in school she gets almost all 4s, you can get a 1, 2, 3 or 4 on your report cards here. She is sweet and caring and funny. She is just down right amazing! Well if that is not enough, she also does well on national tests. I did pretty good in school when I was younger but I worked hard and then when it came to the National Tests the CAT test in my days I never did as well as I should have. Maybe that is my I am so impressed or maybe Paige is just amazing ( I warned you I was bragging). She once again, yes she has done this multiple times placed in the 99 percentile. That means she scored higher that 99 percent of fifth grade students nationally! I mean that is cool, right? I am not sure I can do anything better that 99% of the people in the nation. I am proud of her. I am also more proud of the wonderful caring person she is growing up to be. I LOVE all my girls so very very much, I am so truly blessed.

Why I should never leave the glue out
In case you are not sure what this is, it is my dish washer detergent packs all glued together in a castle like form. When I asked Abby why she did this she said " Well Mommy you left the glue out and I just HAD to use it". So I guess it is all my fault.
